Moulin Roty is a line of French Toys that makes you want to turn back time so that you can be a child all over again!

Soft toys, solid wooden, classic toys, dolls, an absolutely adorable line of baby toys and toys from yester-year all invite children and adults to touch, feel, admire, love and explore.  Moulin Roty has some of the cutest soft toys and fun wooden toys on the market.  Exceptional quality, fun and definitely a lot of style!

The French toy-maker had their beginning as a community of families and friends, who decided to live and work together, renovating a ruined French farm to create workshops and homes.  Their first toys, launched in 1975 were a car made from wood and sponge and a fabric rag doll.

From humble beginnings, Moulin Roty has grown, becoming an official manufacturing co-operative and surviving a fire that destroyed their original workshops.  In 2010 Moulin Roty has around 40 employees, all of whom are full partners and involved in the company’s management and decision-making.

The toys that Moulin Roty produce are beautifully designed and made, from the clothes on their bears and dolls, right down to the items’ packaging. 

The Moulin Roty children tool boxes are made from solid wood, and contains miniature, fully functional tools!  Each tool fits perfectly into it’s own slot in the box, keeping them safe for years of use.  The knitting and sewing kit is equally collectible - all housed in a neat and sturdy cardboard suitcase.  The contents include wool, thread and accessories for knitting, crochet and embroidery - a fabulous gift!

In addition to other gorgeous teddy bears and cute, baby-safe animals we have three crazy dogs collectively called ‘Les Toutous’ (The Doggies).  Raymond, Roger and Robert are made from soft, shaggy fur with many different coloured and textured fabrics.  They look a little bit wild, but we just couldn’t put them down!

Each Moulin Roty teddy bear, doll, animal and gift is presented in a special gift box.
